COVID-19 Update

In line with international standards to provide you with the safest environment, we have introduced the following additional precautionary measures at our facilities:

  • Limiting the number of people within our facilities to ensure physical distancing can be maintained.
  • Restricting access to patients with scheduled appointments only.
  • Restricting accompanying adults to only one person.
  • In the case of children under 12, allowing access only to those with a scheduled medical appointment.

Mixed Bean Salad Serves


  • 1 cup black beans- drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup kidney beans
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 4 Tablespoons red onion- chopper
  • 1 cup chopped red, yellow and green peppers
  • 1 stalk celery


  • 2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 T fresh parsley- chopped
  • 4 T cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 7 teaspoons vegetable oil


  • Mix beans and vegetables
  • To prepare dressing, combine all ingredients except oil and whisk in oil gradually then pour over bean mixture
