COVID-19 Update

In line with international standards to provide you with the safest environment, we have introduced the following additional precautionary measures at our facilities:

  • Limiting the number of people within our facilities to ensure physical distancing can be maintained.
  • Restricting access to patients with scheduled appointments only.
  • Restricting accompanying adults to only one person.
  • In the case of children under 12, allowing access only to those with a scheduled medical appointment.

Sweet and Sour Spinach Salad

Sweet and Sour Spinach Salad


  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach- washed and shredded
  • ½ yellow pepper- chopped
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 slices pineapple-sliced
  • 1 tsp toasted pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp cranberry juice
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Grated parmesan cheese ( low fat? ) if just using a sprinkle you don’t have to use low fat.


  • Combine all vegetables and fruits and arrange in a serving bowl
  • To make dressing, combine cranberry juice, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard
  • Whisk in olive oil
  • Dress the salad and add grated parmesan and pine seeds on top
  • You can add croutons for a bit of crunch
