COVID-19 Update

In line with international standards to provide you with the safest environment, we have introduced the following additional precautionary measures at our facilities:

  • Limiting the number of people within our facilities to ensure physical distancing can be maintained.
  • Restricting access to patients with scheduled appointments only.
  • Restricting accompanying adults to only one person.
  • In the case of children under 12, allowing access only to those with a scheduled medical appointment.

Italian Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head of lettuce-chopped
  • 2 small red onions-sliced
  • 2 small tomatoes- chopped
  • Healthy croutons- if desired
  • 20 large black olives-pitted
  • 1 yellow pepper- chopped
  • ½ cup red kidney beans or 1 grilled chicken breast

For the dressing

  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp basil
  • 1 tsp sugar or sweetener
  • 40 g Parmesan –grated

Method

  • Mix vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil and sugar in a bowl
  • Whisk in olive oil slightly
  • Add parmesan
  • Serve over the salad ingredients and toss
